Terms of Service

Welcome to CalmLedger (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). By using the App, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

CalmLedger is an intelligent bookkeeping tool that provides the following services:

• Basic bookkeeping features (free)
• AI voice bookkeeping, iCloud multi-device sync, CSV export, multi-currency support, multi-ledger management, and other advanced features (available via subscription)

2. Subscription Service

The App offers auto-renewing subscription services. Subscriptions are available in two tiers — Plus and Pro — each with monthly and annual options.

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period
• Billing: Apple will charge your Apple ID account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period
• Cancellation: You can cancel auto-renewal at any time via iPhone Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions, or through the App Store subscription management page. After cancellation, you retain access for the remainder of the paid subscription period
• Price Changes: If prices are adjusted, renewal will only proceed with your consent

3. Free Trial

New users receive a limited number of free AI voice bookkeeping trials upon first installation. Once the free quota is exhausted, a Pro subscription is required to continue using AI features. Free trials are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable.

4. User Conduct

By using the App, you agree that you will:

• Not use the App for any illegal activities
• Not attempt to crack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the normal operation of the App
• Not abuse the AI service through automated scripts or other abnormal means
• Take full responsibility for all data you enter and export

5. Refund Policy

The App is sold through the Apple App Store, and all payments and refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund, please submit a request through Apple's Report a Problem page. Apple will process your request according to its refund policy.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. While we strive to ensure the accuracy of AI parsing, we cannot guarantee 100% correctness, and AI parsing results are for reference only.

• We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• You understand and agree that your use of the App is at your own risk
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, CalmLedger and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App
• AI features depend on third-party services and may be temporarily unavailable due to network issues, service provider failures, or other reasons

7. Intellectual Property

All rights to the App and its content (including but not limited to code, interface design, icons, and text) belong to the CalmLedger developer. No part of the App may be copied, modified, or distributed without explicit permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Modified terms will be published within the App and will take effect on the effective date. Continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree with the modified terms, please discontinue use of the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
